Gabe: Originally from Argentina, Gabe is our talented marshmallow artisan. By day, he crafts the delicious marshmallows you see on our feed, and by night, he’s studying for his MBA in Adelaide. Discover Gabe’s journey from Argentina to Australia and learn what makes his marshmallow creations so special.

Valentina: A student from Colombia, Valentina is pursuing her Master’s at the University of Adelaide. By day, she’s our creative marshmallow decorator and packer, and by night, she’s hitting the books. Her favorite marshmallow to decorate is the Lemon Meringue Tart, which she adorns with artistic flair. Tune in to see Valentina’s creative process and hear about her dual role as a student and a marshmallow artist.

Rosie: Originally from Venezuela, Rosie is our marshmallow production lead. While studying English and management in Australia, she oversees our daily marshmallow production, managing everything from scheduling to inventory. Learn how Rosie ensures that Cloud Theory’s marshmallow production runs smoothly and efficiently.
