Refund policy

Refund Procedure (for orders not yet delivered or shipped)

  • We accept cancellations and will provide full store credit or refund if an order is cancelled before we either make the order for a custom order or shipped for our online store products.

Refund Procedure (for orders already delivered or shipped)

  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products or service and would like a store credit refund, email hello@cloudtheory.com.auwithin 3 days of receiving the order. We will assess your claim and determine if we can offer a refund based on the situation. We will get back to you within 48 hours of your complaint.

Refund Method

  • If your order is eligible for a refund as per the above conditions, we will refund the amount as store credit on our website or provide you a cash refund via your payment method.
