SHIPPING TIMES / SHIPPING POLICY
INTERNATIONAL: we have to ship our products via express post as the shortest delivery time means the better quality of product that is maintained. We will always do our best to deliver a quality product but we ask for your understanding when shipping internationally if there are delays in shipping times that may affect product quality.
DISPATCH: Orders are dispatchedĀ Monday - ThursdayĀ depending on the desired week you would like your order to arrive by. If no date selected, we will ship out in the numerical order we receive your order. We can not guarantee arrival on specific date, only the week. If you need your order by a particular date, we recommend you select the shipping date one week before that date.Ā
Our gourmet marshmallows are best enjoyed within 3 months from the date of production. For optimal freshness and flavour, please check the production date on the packaging and consume your marshmallows within this timeframe.

What are your marshmallows made from?
Our marshmallows are made with sugar, egg whites, 100% Australian beef gelatine and flavoured with various ingredients such as fruit purees and powders, nuts, chocolate, essences and edible sprinkles and decorations. Please see āOurFlavourā for a full list ofingredients for each flavour in addition to each product page.
Are your marshmallows suitable for vegetarians and vegan?
No, we use both egg white and animal protein gelatine so not suitable forvegetarians or vegans.
Unfortunately, we have not been able to figure out a vegan recipe that we are happy with but will endeavour to keep experimenting!
What's the shelf life and when should I order for events?
- For our normal marshmallows, Brownie marshmallows and Rice Bubbles Dreams, shelf-life is approximately 2 weeks and should be refrigerated. Microbially, they last up to one-month, but the quality will start to deteriorate after 2 weeks.
- Our Marshmallow Popsicles have up to a 3 month shelf life because they are enrobed in chocolate. Keep refrigerated as well.
- We have an option for āDesired Arrival Dateā on all of our product pages. There is also a āSpecial Instructionsā area at checkout where you can leave us a note. Then, we will ship your order as close to your desired arrival dateas possible.

What's the deal with shipping?
We ship all of our orders express via AusPost from our warehouse in SA. For larger or custom orders we use TNT.
