SHIPPING TIMES / SHIPPING POLICY
INTERNATIONAL: we have to ship our products via express post as the shortest delivery time means the better quality of product that is maintained. We will always do our best to deliver a quality product but we ask for your understanding when shipping internationally if there are delays in shipping times that may affect product quality.
DISPATCH: Orders are dispatched Monday - Thursday depending on the desired week you would like your order to arrive by. If no date selected, we will ship out in the numerical order we receive your order. We can not guarantee arrival on specific date, only the week. If you need your order by a particular date, we recommend you select the shipping date one week before that date.
Our gourmet marshmallows are best enjoyed within 3 months from the date of production. For optimal freshness and flavour, please check the production date on the packaging and consume your marshmallows within this timeframe.

Do I need any special equipment to make the marshmallows?
You’ll need a stand mixer or hand mixer, a candy thermometer (optional but helpful), a saucepan, 2 rubber spatulas, a baking tray and cooking oil spray.

How long does it take to make the marshmallows? Can I use it as a birthday activity?
The Rainbow Unicorn Kit is a delightful choice for a birthday party! While the active preparation time is only about 30 minutes, the marshmallow treats do require some setting time.
For a quicker set, we suggest refrigerating your prepared mixture - it should firm up in roughly 2 hours. This way, you can prepare the treats at the beginning of the party, let them chill, and then decorate them later. (Keep in mind that on a warm day, setting at room temperature may take up to 5 hours, as noted in our instruction booklet.)
Here’s a brief overview of the process:
• Mixing: Combine the syrup with the gelatine mixture.
• Volume Boost: Stir until the batter triples in volume, then add a touch of Fairy Floss Essence.
• Colouring: Divide the batter into two bowls; add pink food colouring to one and blue to the other.
• Combining: Gently mix the two coloured batters together and pour the result into a tray.
• Setting: Place the tray in the fridge until the mixture feels firm and slightly bouncy to the touch—then it’s ready to be cut, decorated, and served.
