There's a specific kind of light that only exists for a few minutes after a tropical rain shower.

The clouds pull apart slowly, like a curtain drawn back by someone who isn't in a hurry. The air is still warm against your skin; you can feel it before you've had time to think about it. And then, without warning, a rainbow appears across a cascading waterfall. Full arc. Every colour at once. The kind that makes you forget what you were about to say.

That feeling, that exact, unrepeatable, you-had-to-be-there moment  that's what we wanted to put in a cookie.

Rainbow Joy didn't start in a kitchen.

It started with a question: What would a rainbow taste like? The version where you're standing at the edge of a turquoise pool after the rain, the air still heavy and warm, and a rainbow so vivid it doesn't seem quite real just… appears.

The kind of moment that quietly wakes up your inner child. The kind of wonder that arrives without asking permission. We wanted to bottle that feeling, or at least, bake it into something you could hold in your hand.

Every element tells the story.

So we decoded the moment, ingredient by ingredient.

One bite, and somehow you're back standing at that waterfall, believing the world is a little more beautiful than you'd been allowing yourself to notice.

That's the thing about joy. It doesn't need a grand occasion. Sometimes it arrives in a single colourful sprinkle, falling into an open palm.
