Pumpkin Spice Latte didn't start with a coffee order.

We wanted to bake that ritual into a cookie. Not pumpkin pie, not cinnamon toast , but that exact warmth of a PSL made by someone who knows you. Spiced, grounded, with something pillowy and sweet inside that you didn't expect and immediately needed.
