This chocolate marshmallow bark comes together in minutes and is endlessly customisable. Perfect for gifting, sharing, or a sweet moment at home.

Ingredients 

  • 500 g milk or dark chocolate, chopped
  • 120 g marshmallows, halved or quartered if large
  • ¼ cup rainbow sprinkles (approx. 45 g) 
  • Optional: extra sprinkles for topping

Method 

  1.  Prepare the tray
    Line a baking tray or shallow slab tray with baking paper and set aside. 
  2. Melt the chocolate
    Place the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and melt gently on low heat in 30-second bursts, stirring between each burst until smooth and glossy.
  3. Add marshmallows
    Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared tray and spread evenly with a spatula.
    Scatter the marshmallows over the chocolate while it’s still warm.
  4. Finish with sprinkle
    Sprinkle generously with rainbow sprinkles, adding extra if desired.
  5. Set
    Allow the bark to set at room temperature or in the fridge until firm.
  6. Break and enjoy
    Once set, break or cut into pieces and serve.
