Ingredients
- 500 g milk or dark chocolate, chopped
- 120 g marshmallows, halved or quartered if large

¼ cup rainbow sprinkles (approx. 45 g)
- Optional: extra sprinkles for topping
Method
- Prepare the tray
Line a baking tray or shallow slab tray with baking paper and set aside. -
Melt the chocolate
Place the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and melt gently on low heat in 30-second bursts, stirring between each burst until smooth and glossy.

Add marshmallows
Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared tray and spread evenly with a spatula.
Scatter the marshmallows over the chocolate while it’s still warm. -
Finish with sprinkle
Sprinkle generously with rainbow sprinkles, adding extra if desired. -
Set
Allow the bark to set at room temperature or in the fridge until firm. -
Break and enjoy
Once set, break or cut into pieces and serve.
